Aparna received the prestigious 'Rasikagrani Dattopant Deshpande Award'
   at the hands of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi in the year 2002.

She has also received the 'Yuva Gayak Puraskar' awarded by Gandharva Mahavidyalaya in the     
    year 2003.
